How to prepare Ghee Rice?
Ingredients:
•Ghee - 3Tbl spoon
•Soaked Basmati Rice(30 mins) - 1cup
•Cashews
•Raisins
•Bay leaf - 1
•Cinnamon Stick - 1
•Cloves - 4
•Cardamom - 2
•Crushed ginger garlic - 1Tbl spoon
How to prepare Ghee Rice?
Ingredients:
•Ghee - 3Tbl spoon
•Soaked Basmati Rice(30 mins) - 1cup
•Cashews
•Raisins
•Bay leaf - 1
•Cinnamon Stick - 1
•Cloves - 4
•Cardamom - 2
•Crushed ginger garlic - 1Tbl spoon
•Onion - 1 (Thinly sliced)
•Green chilli slit - 2
•Water - 1½ cup
•Salt
•Coriander leaves
Method:
1. Take a pan and add Ghee(2Tbl spoon).
2. Add Cashews and fry untill it becomes golden brown.After take it out from the pan & keep it a side.
3. Add Raisins & fry it.After take it out from the pan & keep it a side.
4. Now take a pressure cooker add ghee,bay leaf,cinnamon stick,cloves,cardamom,crushed ginger garlic & saute it for 30 secs in a low flame.
5. Then add onion,green chilli slit & saute till it turns light pink.
6. Now add soaked basmati rice into cooker & mix gently.
7. Pour 1½ cup of water,required salt & let the water come to the first boil.
8. Now close the cooker with a lid and cook it for 1 whistle in a low flame.
9. After add fried cashews,Raisins,coriander leaves and mix gently.
The Tasty ghee rice is ready enjoy it...
